About WAMED Festival
The WA Middle Eastern Dance Festival was founded in 1999 by Keti Sharif and has been celebrated annually in WA ever since. The festival is now jointly run by sister schools Free Spirit Dance Community Inc.and Bellydance Central.
It is an opportunity to come together to learn, share and indulge in all things Bellydance.
We aim to provide a variety of workshops & seminars that encompass the various styles of Bellydance among our growing community.
WAMED has hosted many International and Interstate Instructors over the years to further expand your dance knowledge and musicality.
