FESTIVAL REGISTRATIONS NOW OPEN

The 11th annual WA Middle Eastern Dance Festival is getting closer!  Workshop venues have now been finalised and information packs are available for download on the the WAMED Festival website.

Subscribers to Bellydance Oasis Magazine will receive a printed pack in the mail.  If you are not yet a subscriber and would like a printed pack, please email us your snail mail address and we'll send one out.

If you would like multiple copies to display at your studio, classes or other venue, contact us and let us know where to send them.

The pack includes:

- full workshop and event schedule
- booking form
- scholarship flyer
- Bazaar stallholder and performer application form.

Online bookings are now open though our website, as well as information about scholarships for 2010.  More information is being added regularly to the website so be sure check back for updates on all the events.

Performers - remember that applications for the Friday night event "Enter the Dream" and the Sunday night event "Raqs Cafe" will close on 26 March.  Applications for performance slots at the Grande Bazaar will be open until all slots are filled.  After careful consideration, performers have been selected for the "Reflections" Gala Concert and will be advised shortly.

For WAMED 2010 Rose will present workshops to enhance your understanding of rhythms, unlock the secrets of improvisation and a full Oriental choreography.  Give your dancing an edge with Rose!

Look out for Rose as she lights up the stage in the Reflections Gala Concert, and listen to Rose speak on body image and bellydance at Raqs Cafe.
